Specialty / Custom Orders:
**ALL speciality and custom items are custom made and will be processed approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Details:
**Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
**We do not ship to PO Boxes.
**Potential delays are due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Order Status:
**Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
**If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lpcustomkrafts.com with your name and order number.
**We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
